Fax Logging

Way Better license only.

Across most systems, faxes are logged as Documents (or the equivalent module).

Clio Manage

Faxes are logged as Documents, in the Call Connector Fax folder. The name of the file will include the name of the found contact, if any, or their phone number if no contact was found.

Clio Grow

Faxes are not logged into Clio Grow due to the limitations of the Clio Grow API.

Zoho CRM

Faxes are logged as Attachments associated with the Account record found with the phone number where the fax came from.

If no Account record is found, the fax is not logged.
