ion8 Call Connector allows you to automatically associate your calls and SMS with the appropriate Matter in Clio. Users have the option to enable/disable this feature in the ion8 Connect Dashboard.

Clio Manage

• If a single Matter exists, the Communication is automatically associated with the Matter. 

• If more than one Matter exists, the Communication is not associated with a Matter. 

• If a Matter does not exist, the Communication is not associated with a Matter. 

Clio Grow

• If a single Matter exists, the Communication is automatically associated with the Matter. 

• If more than one Matter exists, the Communication is not associated with a Matter.

• If a Matter does not exist, the Communication is not associated with a Matter.
