Clio Manage

Requirements

The user connecting Clio Manage to CallConnector.AI must be a Clio Manage admin user.

To check if you’re an admin, sign into Clio Manage, select "Settings" in the left navigation, and then select "Manage Users". Find your name and email in this list. Your role is in the "Roles" column.

How Events Are Logged

Call

Calls are logged as Communications records. Each call will also be logged as an Activity. The default billable status is non-billable, but this can be configured in the CallConnector.ai, in the Options tab of the CallConnector.ai dashboard.

SMS

SMS events are logged into Clio as Communications. Unlike calls, no Activity record is created for SMS events.

Fax

Faxes are logged as Documents, in a folder named CallConnector.ai Fax.

Meeting (Coming Soon)

This is a Call Connector v2 feature (coming soon), and requires the purchase of a Meeting Add-On license.
Meetings are logged as Communications, with an associated Activity - identical to calls, but with a slightly different Communication text body.

Cloud Storage (Coming Soon)

Clio may also be used as a cloud storage provider in the same way as Dropbox and Google Drive. To enable this, the Clio Cloud Storage option must be toggled on (enabled) in Connect, and a Clio Manage account must be connected.

Recordings and transcripts will be stored in a folder structure that matches the other storage systems, in the general format:
