Cloud Storage for Recordings & Transcripts | Call Connector

Cloud Storage

Cloud Storage determines whether call recordings and transcripts are uploaded to your connected storage apps like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.

How it works

When a call is recorded, Call Connector downloads the recording and uploads it to each of your connected storage apps. If a transcript is available, it gets stored the same way.

When Cloud Storage is off, recordings and transcripts are not downloaded or uploaded anywhere.
