Connecting Dropbox

Like all integrations, you can connect Dropbox to Call Connector in the "App Authorization" tab of the ion8 Connect dashboard.

Click on Dropbox in the list of available integrations, and authorize the connection when prompted. You will see a green check mark when the connection succeeds.

Recording and Transcript Storage

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in a folder format consistent with all other cloud storage providers that integrate with Call Connector.
All Call Connector files will be nested in the root Apps folder.
In the Apps folder, you will find the ion8 Call Connector folder, containing all organized sub-folders with recordings and transcripts.
Within the ion8 Call Connector folder, sub-folders are organized by year.
Within the year folders, sub-folders are organized by month.
Within the month folders, sub-folders are organized by date and call ID.
Within each individual call folder, you will find the recording and transcript for that call.
