Connecting Freshsales
Sign into your Freshsales account.
In the top-right, click on your profile picture, and navigate to "Personal Settings".
Click on the "API" tab.
Copy your API key and bundle alias, and paste them into the authorization window in ion8 Connect.

All events are logged into Freshsales into a custom module called "Auto-logged Events". This module is automatically created by Call Connector, with no additional action required by you.

Freshsales requires contacts to have email addresses. Therefore, if the contact from your telephony event (call, SMS, or fax) does not have an email address associated with them when Call Connector receives the telephony event data, Call Connector will be unable to create a new contact.
How Events Are Logged
Call
Calls are logged as Auto-logged Events, with the details of the call created as Note records associated with the Auto-Logged Event.
