Call Connector | Automatically store call recordings in Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive

Like all integrations, you can connect Google Drive to CallConnector.ai in the "App Authorization" tab of the CallConnector.ai dashboard.

Click on Google Drive in the list of available integrations, and authorize the connection when prompted. You will see a green check mark when the connection succeeds.

Recording and Transcript Storage

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in a folder format consistent with all other cloud storage providers that integrate with CallConnector.ai

The ion8 CallConnector.ai folder is in the root directory in Google Drive, where all recordings and transcripts are stored.

Within the ion8 Call Connector folder, sub-folders are organized by year.

Within the year folders, sub-folders are organized by month.
Within the month folders, individual calls each have their own folder, organized by date and call ID.
Within each individual call folder is the recording and transcript.
