How Events Are Logged

Note that Hubspot has a suite of apps, and their CRM is just one of the apps in their ecosystem. This integration specifically connects the Hubspot CRM to your VoIP system.

Call

Calls are stored as Call records.
Call logged into Hubspot. Note that Hubspot will display the call as "not recorded", because the call was created and recorded outside of Hubspot.

SMS

SMS events are logged as Communications, in the SMS category.
SMS logged as an SMS Communication in Hubspot.
SMS logged into Hubspot. Click the SMS record to expand it and view its details.

Fax

File upload is not supported by the Hubspot CRM API, so all faxes will simply be logged as Notes associated with the found contact (if any).
