This integration is available to users on a Way Better or Enterprise license.
If "Contact Creation" is disabled in
ion8 Connect, Call Connector will create a “default” Company record with the same name as your organization’s name, and log the call or SMS as a Note in that record.
If a single Matter is found associated with the found Contact, the call will be logged as a Note on that Matter. If multiple Matter records are found, the call will be logged as a Note on the Contact record itself.
