Call Connector Matter Association

Matter Association

Call Connector will associate a telephony event log with a matter if all of the following are true:
  1. The Matter Association option is enabled in ion8 Connect (it is enabled by default)
  2. The target system supports matter association (for example, matters do not exist in Zoho CRM, so matters cannot be created)
  3. A single matter is found, not multiple, unless the CMS absolutely requires a matter in order to log an event. In this case, Call Connector will use the most recently updated matter, if found. Filevine is an example of one such system.
