OneDrive

This integration is available to users assigned a Way Better or Enterprise license.

Connecting OneDrive

Like all integrations, you can connect OneDrive to Call Connector in the "App Authorization" tab of the ion8 Connect dashboard.

Click on Dropbox in the list of available integrations, and authorize the connection when prompted. You will see a green check mark when the connection succeeds.

Recording and Transcript Storage

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in a folder format consistent with all other cloud storage providers that integrate with Call Connector.

All call recordings and transcripts can be found in the root ion8 Call Connector folder.

Within the ion8 Call Connector folder, sub-folders are organized by year.

Within the year folders, sub-folders are organized by month.

Within the month folders, sub-folders are organized by date and call ID.

Within the individual call folders, you can find the recording and transcript for that call.
