How Events Are Logged
Call
Calls are logged as Activities ("Call") in Pipedrive. The call will be associated with a contact if one could be found with the external phone number from the call event.

Call in Pipedrive, associated with a user and a contact.SMS
In Pipedrive, SMS events are also logged as Activities ("SMS"). If your Pipedrive account doesn't contain an "SMS" Activity type, one will automatically be created by Call Connector.
SMS logged as an Activity in Pipedrive.Fax
Faxes are logged as Files in Pipedrive, and must be associated with a contact. This means if a contact was not found with the same phone number from the fax event, the fax will not be logged.
