CallConnector.ai Configuration

When you connect your Salesforce account and configure your CallConnector.ai service, your Salesforce account will be automatically set up to work more efficiently with CallConnector.ai This is done by creating two Outbound Messages and two Workflow Rules. These will be easy to find, as they will contain call_connector in their names. This will be done with no additional action from you.

It is crucial that you do not modify or remove these records. These are essential for CallConnector.ai to accurately match your telephony events to your contacts and leads. If these records are modified or removed, CallConnector.ai may no longer be able to accurately associate your events with your contacts and leads. If you accidentally modify or remove these records, sign into your CallConnector.ai dashboard and re-configure your service on the App Authorization page.
