Where will meeting recordings and transcripts be stored?
Like other VoIP systems such as RingCentral and Dialpad, recordings and transcripts will be stored in your connected storage apps (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox). If a storage app is not connected, the recordings and transcripts will not be stored.
The summary, as always, will appear in the meeting log within your connected Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Case Management System (CMS) app(s).
