Contact Creation
Call Connector will attempt to find a contact match for a telephony event in both the Contacts and Leads modules. If none is found, Call Connector will create the new contact as a Lead.
How Events Are Logged
Call
Calls are logged as Calls records in Zoho CRM.
SMS
SMS events are logged as Notes associated with the matched Contact or Lead.
Fax
Faxes are logged as Attachment records on a matched Account.
