Contact Creation

CallConnector.ai will attempt to find a contact match for a telephony event in both the Contacts and Leads modules. If none is found, CallConnector.ai will create the new contact as a Lead.

How Events Are Logged

Call

Calls are logged as Call Records in Zoho CRM.

Call logged as a Calls record in Zoho CRM.

SMS

SMS events are logged as Notes associated with the matched Contact or Lead.

SMS logged as a Note on a Lead.

Fax

Faxes are logged as Attachment records on a matched Account.

Faxes logged as Attachment records on an Account.
