This integration is only available on Call Connector v2.
Requirements
The user connecting to Aircall must be an admin of their organization's Aircall account.
Enabling AI Summarization and Transcription
For CallConnector.ai to include a summary in your call log and upload a transcript to your connected storage provider, you must enable AI services for each of your numbers in Aircall.
Navigate to your
Aircall Number Settings, and select a number. Go to the Settings tab. Here, you can enable or disable recordings and transcripts.
Please note that an
Aircall AI Assist subscription is required to use Aircall's AI services. Without this subscription, CallConnector.ai cannot retrieve AI summaries and transcripts for your calls from Aircall.
However, if your call is
recorded, and you have enabled one of CallConnector. ai's
premium transcription engines, CallConnector.ai, will then generate an AI summary and transcript for your call, independent of your Aircall AI Assist subscription status.
Minimum Call Duration for AI Insights
Please note that, if you opt to use Aircall's built-in AI capabilities, your calls must meet a minimum duration in order for Aircall to generate an AI summary and other conversation insights. See the
