Clio Storage controls whether Clio is used as a destination for call recordings and transcripts, in addition to its normal role as a logging target.
Clio is primarily a target app, meaning Call Connector logs calls, SMS, and faxes to it. But Clio can also act as a storage app, similar to Google Drive or Dropbox.
When Clio Storage is on, call recordings and transcripts are uploaded to Clio alongside any other connected storage apps.
When off, Clio only receives log entries. Recordings and transcripts go to your other storage apps (if any).
Most storage apps like Dropbox or Google Drive are always included as storage destinations once they're connected. Clio is different because it serves two roles, and you might not want recordings stored there. This setting gives you the choice.
Clio Storage only matters if Cloud Storage is also on. If Cloud Storage is off, no files are stored anywhere, regardless of this setting.
Default: off
