Overview
ion8 Call Connector’s call pop is a Chromium-based browser extension that simplifies client communications by allowing you to make calls, view client information, take notes, and more. The call pop opens up directly in your browser, providing contextual information when you need it most.
When a call is made, Call Connector tries to match the phone number to an existing Contact in your CRM or PMS. If a match is found, the Contact’s information appears within the call pop, eliminating the need to manually search for the caller to pull up their details in your system.
With the ion8 Call Connector call pop, you can:
View contextual information about your Contact while on a call (contact information, notes, call history, associated Matters, etc). This information is pulled directly from your CRM/PMS.
Take notes inside the call pop to capture important details or reminders.
Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls.
