ion8 Call Connector allows you to automatically store your call recordings and full call transcriptions in the following cloud storage systems:
To configure and sync your cloud storage system with Call Connector, see Cloud Storage.
Once you have configured one or more of these storage systems in the ion8 Connect Dashboard, the recordings are stored in the Call Connector folder. The links to these recordings are included in the call logs in the PMS/CRM system.

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in the configured storage system.
