How Events Are Logged
Note that all telephony events must be associated with a contact in order to be successfully logged to Attio, because they are logged as contact notes. This means that if no contact match is found, and contact creation is disabled, the event will not be logged.
Call
Calls are logged as contact notes. The call recording, transcript, and summary (if any are available) will be logged as separate notes. The "subject" line of the notes will contain the call ID, enabling you to easily match the recording, transcript, and summary to the correct call.

Fax
Faxes are logged as contact notes. However, the Attio API does not support file upload, which means that the file itself will not be stored in Attio. There will only be a note indicating a fax was received, with a link to the fax if one is available.
