Dialpad Connection Failing due to Missing Permissions
Occasionally, your Dialpad connection may fail with a message indicating that you are not a Company Admin, even though you may observe that you are a Company Admin in the Dialpad UI.
This is often due to a mismatch in Dialpad's internal system. Your account must be flagged as Super Admin in Dialpad's servers; this setting is invisible to end users and can only be changed by Dialpad Support.
If you encounter this issue, please
reach out to Dialpad Support. Explain that there is an admin permission conflict on Dialpad’s side (SSO-related), and ask for the Dialpad Support team to internally set your account as a Super Admin.
Here is an example of a message you may send to explain the issue:
Once this has been done, try connecting Dialpad again in the CallConnector.ai dashboard. The issue should be resolved. If it is not, please
contact us.
