Call Logging

Call Logging determines whether your phone calls get logged to your connected apps.

When enabled, each inbound and outbound call creates a log entry in your CRM or practice management software with the caller info, recipient, timestamp, and duration.

Once the initial log exists, Call Connector can also update it later with recordings, transcripts, and AI summaries as those become available. If Call Logging is off, none of that happens either, since there's no log to update.


Meetings from the Video Conferencing addon are also covered by this setting.


Default: on


This setting is independent of SMS Logging and Fax Logging. You can toggle each one separately.
