SMS Logging Settings | Call Connector

SMS Logging

SMS Logging determines whether text messages sent and received through your phone system get logged to your connected apps.

When enabled, each SMS creates a log entry with the sender, recipient, timestamp, and message content. When disabled, text messages are ignored entirely.

Unlike calls, SMS logs don't have recordings or transcripts attached.

Some apps require a matching contact to exist before an SMS can be logged. If no contact is found and Contact Creation is also off, the SMS log will be skipped for those apps.

Default: on

This setting is independent of Call Logging and Fax Logging. You can toggle each one separately.
