How will transcriptions be generated for meetings if no enhanced transcription engine is selected?

The meeting bot add-on and enhanced transcription engines are only available on Call Connector v2.

The default is to use the captions automatically generated by the platform on which the meeting occurred. This is currently supported by Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Note that if meeting captions are not supported by the meeting app, and no enhanced transcription engine is selected, CallConnector.ai will be unable to generate a transcript.

Some meeting apps require configuration of certain settings within the app (not within CallConnector.ai) to enable captions. For example, to enable meeting captions in Zoom, sign into your Zoom account and navigate to My Account → Settings → Meetings → Automated captions, and toggle this option on.
