How Call Connector associates meetings with users

If a meeting contains multiple users, who will the meeting log be associated with?


The meeting log will be associated with the user whose bot attended the meeting. Each bot that is deployed to a meeting “belongs” to one single user.

This user will be the user whose calendar synced to Call Connector first.

If you would prefer that a different user's bot attend the meeting, you may choose to kick the existing bot, and manually invite your own instead. Note, however, that meetings which are purely internal will not be logged by Call Connector, even if you invite the meeting bot manually to the meeting.
