Once connected, Call Connector will automatically save all recordings and transcripts from your calls into the linked storage system(s).
Links to these files are added to the call logs that Call Connector creates in your connected Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Case Management System (CMS) system(s), making them easy to access.
You’re not limited to a single provider. Multiple cloud storage systems can be connected at the same time. This allows you to organize and manage recordings across different platforms as needed.
